Shipping & Delivery

How We Ship Prefabricated Buildings

Prefabricated buildings ship as flat-packed panels or as assembled modules, depending on the model and the freight economics of your destination. We prepare a container loading plan for every order and send you loading photos before the container is sealed.

Packing Method
· Flat pack and prefabricated container houses: knocked down, panels stacked and banded, frames nested to minimise volume.
· Space capsule houses and apple cabins: 90% pre-finished, wrapped with protective film, EPS corner guards and steel strapping, with extra protection on glass surfaces.
· All loose fittings, hardware and documentation are packed in a labelled accessory box.

Loading Capacity (approximate, per 40HQ)
· 20ft Flat Pack Container House: 6 units
