For over 20 years we have designed and manufactured space capsule houses, container houses and flat pack buildings at our own plant in Zhejiang, China. Today we export to 25+ countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and Europe.
Who We Are
ModuCapsule Homes is a manufacturer of prefabricated modular buildings based in Zhejiang, China. Our product range covers three families: · Space capsule houses and apple cabins — designed for resorts, capsule hotels and premium glamping units. · Container houses — prefabricated and flat pack container buildings for site offices, labour camps, staff housing and commercial use. · Expandable container houses — folding units that ship within standard container dimensions and unfold into full living space on site. We own the entire production chain: steel frame fabrication, sandwich panel production, fit-out, waterproofing and final quality inspection. Because we are the factory, our customers deal directly with the people who build their product — and any change to a layout, colour or specification is handled on the factory floor rather than being relayed through intermediaries. Our team combines structural engineers, industrial designers and an export department that handles documentation, container loading and shipping — so a buyer can send a site photo and a budget, and receive a foundation drawing, a 3D rendering, a unit specification and a delivered price from one contact.
